Assessment of Genetics Mutations DCDC2, KIAA0319, DYX1C1 Genes Induction Dyslexia Disease, Tabriz, IRAN

In this study we have analyzed 20 people. 10 patients Dyslexia disease and 10 persons control group. The genes DCDC2, KIAA0319, DYX1C1, analyzed in terms of genetic mutations made. In this study, people who have genetic mutations were targeted, with nervous disorders, Dyslexia disease. In fact, of all people with Dyslexia disease. 10 patients Dyslexia disease had a genetic mutations in the genes DCDC2, KIAA0319, DYX1C1 Dyslexia disease. Any genetic mutations in the target genes control group, did not show.

The worldwide prevalence of dyslipidemia is increasing, and the risk of mixed forms of dyslipidemia is growing due to the increased prevalence of other metabolic diseases, such as visceral adiposity, metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance, and diabetes mellitus. These changes have occurred due to urbanization, changes in diet patterns, obesity, reduced physical activity, and other consequences of lifestyle changes. The typical forms of dyslipidemia include elevated TC, elevated triglycerides (TG), elevated low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and reduced high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

Antibacterial Activity of Red Date (Ziziphus Jujube) Leaves on Bacteria Isolated from Laptop Keyboards

This study was aimed at determining the antibacterial activity of Ziziphus jujube extract on bacteria isolated from laptop keyboard. A total of 20 laptop keyboards were swabbed, sample inoculation was carried out using nutrient agar for bacteria analysis, the bacteria were isolated, identified and subjected to the plant extracts. These include: Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Clostridium perfringen, Bacillus cereus, Shigella Spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter spp. At concentration of 50mg/ml, 100mg/ml and 150mg/ml.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a group of diseases that include, heart and blood vessel, thereby it is includes coronary artery disease (CAD) and coronary heart disease (CHD) [1]. Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is the most prominent of CHD [2]. ACS has one of the higher hospitalization rates worldwide [3]. ACS includes acute myocardial infarction (AMI), ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), Non ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina (UA) [4]. The mean age for ACS cases is more than 60 years for males, and 68 years for females. 66.7% of those who have the disease are males, and 33.3 are females [5].
